put that on your myspace and you'll have our general widget appear. if you want a specific band's widget on your page, you can go into the widgets section and get the specific code. if you are looking to have a custom widget of current FFR songs, you can't get that currently. if you have a band and are looking for a custom widget for your band, I'd need more information about your band.
