video won't appear. help!

i've put the video into my simfile and edit the .sm file. but the video wont appear. maybe i did wrong... help???

Did you save the songs video as a(n) avi. file or if your using stage 6 divax.com you have to click download and watch the whole video then make sure you open with windows media 6.0 or higher.
