i can get to the part where i pick my song... then it gets frozen at 0%, if im lucky it will get to 10% sometimes-- then stick again, suggestions?

Your internet connection keeps disconnecting.
Re-plug your cable.
Clear Cache.
Check settings and firewall.
Make sure your lines arent interferred with anything.
