People say you can exchange tokens with other accounts. If so, how do you do it?

The person who told you this is totally wrong. You cannot exchange tokens or skill tokens.

You can exchange Credits if that is what you mean, and you do that in the FFR store i believe. Tokens on the other hand cannot be transfered from account to account.
