Hi, im new to FFR, i was wondering how people put backgrounds and colors in their profiles? do u have to be subscribed? please answer

There should be a little tab in your profile with tons of options.
At the end of it you should see an option that says: Show Style Editor
Click on it.

All the options you need should arrive.
