First off.
Please use better grammar when talking in the forums. Trust me, it will get you a long way.

Secondly, The only thing FFR might help you with in guitar is, #1. Trills and #2. Timing.

Also half the people on here use two hands.
There are very very very few one handers.
Its just a matter of coordination.
