-where do i find the stepping software
-how/and tips on using it?
-features?
-how can i upload my songs?

Okay so i got all that and stepped a song

I have a banner and a background, but how do i upload them all at the same time?

Put everything in a folder and zip it.

Go to the Stepmania.com forums. You should easily be able to find everything you need there. Make sure you check all the sticky threads!
