How do I make my own song?

I want to make my own FFR stage with a song and my own dance moves on resonance. How do I do it?

To get it into FFR R1 (The game you play when you hit the leftmost Play button, at the top of this page), you submit it via e-mail with the things specified in this thread.

To get it into Resonance, click on SimFile DB (Top of the page, to the right of the main banner) and submit your files in zip-form there. This will get it in there for a list of your own SimFiles, but not into R2 (The button to the right of R1). Far as I'm aware, R2 is not accepting stepchart submissions.
