How to help my hand problem

Well you see after I play a hard song my hand gets tired and it wont do as good I mean it started getting tired quicker like a month ago and now I have to wait a long time before I get to play again. Does anybody know how to solve this problema?

This is a forum. Specifically, not the Gaia forums. Basically, it may take a long time for your threads to be posted in. Remember that. Also, there's really no way to help the hand problem; you will, however, gradually gain more stamina as you practice.

I would just try to practice more. My hands used to hurt, but after you play more you get used to it.


Before posting on the forums I would suggest you read the rules/stickies.

My hand used to hurt so bad that I couldn't even make a fist. I thought I had to go to the doctor. But I took a break from FFR (and other games) and when I came back I guess my wrist was stronger because it doesn't hurt anymore. The bottom line is, don't play to a point where you can't function on a daily basis, but the pain is good. It makes you stronger

Learn to be patient. You wont get good overnight.
