I searched the forum a little and I didn't find the answer to my question?

The colors of the arrows have a meaning?

There's blue, red, sometimes light blue and etc.

Does one give more points or than another?

They show you what type of note it is.

Red = Quarter notes
Blue = Eighth notes
Yellow = Sixteenth notes etc

It makes it easier to read the patterns and see what you need to do on the harder/faster songs.

No, this is to help you keep tempo. Red arrows are right on the beat (4th notes, there are 4 beats in a measure). Blue are in between red (8th notes), then yellow (16th notes), etc. etc.

I literally knew I would get ninja'd haha.

To elaborate:

4th: Red
8th: Blue
12th: Purple
16th: Yellow
24th: Pink
32nd: Orange
48th: Light Blue
64th: Green
Other: White

I believe that is correct.

Edit: Or white may only be associated with 128th notes.

Purple are my favorite.

....anyways, until I finally figured out that they were in correlation to the beat, they totally messed me up. Godforbid a red and blue note flew by at the same time...I freaked out. Anyways, good luck!

You probably need another program than Stepmania to get a white arrow then.

No, you have to imput them manually into the .sm D: then save it and then reload it and it gets put into the .dwi

Unless I'm wrong o.O
