First you need to make your question way clearer; Possible anwsers to this question includes:
If you want to create a game such as FFR, go learn Flash and create yourself one.
If you want a widget to put on your MySpace with songs from your band, send Tasselfoot a Private Message with information on your band blablabla...
If you want to create a stepfile for a song of your band, go here and follow the tutorial.
If you want to create music with your band for FFR to use, just go ahead and record while playing.
