There is no option. Every game you play automatically records.

I'm actually unsure if it's public or subscribers only, but I'm pretty sure non-subscribers don't have it yet.

Edit: Yeah, it's public. Dunno where I've been, lol.

I thought non-subscribers did have it, and it was released publicly completely.

Synth actually said that it auto-records all the time for subscribers.
As for non subscriber's, it only records when Synth has it on during non-peak hours for testing purposes.
But soon enough, it'll be on for everyone 24/7, but subscribers will have more options or something.
