hey what does not available mean

does it mean i dont have enough credits for a song or does it mean a song in that slot is not available, meaning it doesnt exist? please help.

i have 700 credits, a few more than that, and i never bought anything

It means that there is no song ie it doesn't exist. It's there for future tracks that are included.
