FC = Full Combo: Hitting all the arrows in a song, no misses.

AAA = Perfect Full Combo (PFC): Hitting all the arrows in a song and getting no boos, averages, or goods.

To go off of that a little bit, AAA's could also mean all possible perfects with the best score after that. There are glitched songs in FFR where the best score includes goods. Gradeus for example has it's AAA being 2 goods.

Let's make it clearer.

FC: No miss after a song on the score after the song is compled. FC stands for Full Combo.
AAA: Perfect score doable on any song. It's a PFC unless there is jacks in the song.
PFC: Only perfects after the song is completed, only possible if there is no jacks in the song. It stands for Perfect Full Combo.
