purpose of the FFR File & Song Submissions forums?

they're closed, and simfile/music artists seem to submit their content in different ways now.. is there any point in still having this forum, or did I somehow completely miss their purpose?

they no longer serve a purpose... but the content in them is still a bit useful if someone wants to step the songs that are in there.

so that is why it's closed but viewable. in another few months, i'll make them unviewable.

It's an old feature, stepfile artists could submit files for FFR in that forum, and only authorized people could download the files.
