ive seen all these pros playing with C700 or C800 or something like that . how do i get it? my theme only has up to C600....

Different themes allow for different speeds, though I'm sure there is some way to add your own or exit the speed of existing ones. Also, throw this question in the correct place next time.

They make it so even if there are bpm changes in the simfile the scroll rate of the arrows change (but the density of them does).

Just like FFR.

If he was talking about stepmania, I'm pretty sure you pick the song and before it plays, it says press enter to change settings, and right there you push the speed you want and other fun stuff.
