A n00bish Question

I'm rather new to this whole deal, and I have a question about FFR FullScreen.
I'm using a Mac (OS X with IE) and when I click the BETA FFR FullScreen option on the left, it presents me with a white screen that says "PowerRESOLUT nicht installiert."
So I did a Google search to find out what exactly this PowerRESOLUT thing is. Apparently it's a Flash Plugin. I found a website to download it from and all. There were two options when I clicked "download." The option to automatically set itself up leads to an empty page, and the other option is to download. Only problem is that it is an .exe file. Using a Mac, an .exe is totally useless to me.
I'm assuming that there is no way for me to play the fullscreen mode. I was just wondering if anyone else knows about this or has a solution.

Uhh...well, two things I can think of off the top of my head. One, get rid of your crapintosh. Two, get rid of IE (it's the crap browser of everything, get Opera or Mozilla). The latter won't make a difference in your problem, but IE really is bad. I'm really not very helpful, am I?

I can see it's the age-old battle of which is better. Both OSes have their good points and bad points, as I have one machine of each (the Windows machine is not with me at college). I can say that the Mac I've had for 2 years has had far less problems than the PC I've had for 4.
Anyway, that's a discussion for another place and time.
Thanks for your input, all. There are some PCs in the computer lab that I can use if ever I get a hankering for full-screen mode.

Macs are great. They're stable, they're aesthetic, they're great for graphics, music, etc. I don't see why people don't like them.

I don't see why people don't like Macs, either. Once I got used to them, I loved them. They are far easier to use than Windows, and a hell of a lot less temperamental.
The bad thing about Macs is that there just isn't enough software available for them. The basic apps are there, but there's just not a wealth of games.
It all depends on what you need to use a computer for. Artists and those in the graphics field tend to use Macs, and the general populace uses Windows.

I personally have no problems with IE, nor have I ever. Though I did download those other browsers Anticrombie suggested... Mozilla seems to react a little faster on the page loads, but otherwise, to me a browser is a browser. *shrug*

Mozilla is the best browser because :

1. It's the only truly standards compliant browser nowadays.
2. Tabbed browsing.
3. Built in popup blocking.
4. Tons of plugins; it's more than just a browser, it's whatever you want it to be. HTML editor, Javascript developer, dictionary, anything. www.mozdev.org
5. Easy to make plugins/hacks for.

And a lot of other stuff I don't feel like typing out.

it's plugins are crap. the html editor is worthless.
