The word you used is not a word. Nobody can help you debite a computer, because there is no such verb. Replace the word with a word that is real, and we can help you.

You're getting the error in the FFR shop where it tells you that your account is not being debited? I direct you to the rest of that text: Please contact an admin.

Send a private message to one of the administrators.

You're also getting perhaps the error when you try to load chat that "That username is already taken"? For that you should contact JasonKey who, being also an administrator will allow you to kill two birds with one stone and report both issues.
