Hello everyone!

I'm playing FFR for a few weeks now, and I read the forum and the sticky's in the mean time, but I never introduce myself... I'm 24 years old, and I'm from the netherlands. I'm working as a secretary, and I like to do group fitness lessons (body pump, body attack etc.). I also like to hang out with friends, and last but not least... playing FFR

If there is something you want to know, feel free to ask

Hey Chunky Cheese! No, I'm not an instructor, but I'm a participant And the classes are from Les Mills, these classes are very fun to do! And there are a few old people, but not that much!! And I'm only 24.. that's not old either, is it??

I think anyone younger would look rather awkward in that kind of setting don't you think?

The minimum age is 15/16 I guess... There are people that age at our gym And no!! no one look awkward in the classes, we respect everyone... But it depends in what gym you are. At some gyms everyone look at each other clothes etc, but I don't like that kind of atmosphere..

I joined a gym last week and I don't have any gym cloths so I've been wearing my gym uniform...I look retarded but nobody cares =D

I couldn't go to a gym where I was taunted myself.
