Scoring a AAA on a song means to get the highest possible score on that song, almost always all perfects, with no goods, averages, boos or misses.

The only time when a AAA is not all perfects is when there are 0-2 framers which means the game engine doesn't allow you to do it.

And yeah, AAA is the highest possible score able to achieve... Full perfect is not always the case, and many are confused with FPC and AAA. Well, now you know.
And do not think that if one is fast enough, you are able to achieve a full perfect in 0-2 framers... It's not gonna happen.

Just for your information, when there's two notes in a row you can't have 2 perfects on, we call them jacks.
