If you look at your keyboard there should be some arrow keys at the bottom right corner, you press those in time with the music, the arrows that go up your screen are the things telling what arrows to press, the still arrows on the screen are the things the moving arrows go up to, you press the arrow keys when the moving arrows go into/onto the still arrows.
and ofcourse;
the left key for the arrows that point left, the right for the arrows that point right and so on...
hope you understood that it's kinda hard to explain hehe -
