How do i upload songs?

How do i upload song to the Sim File DB...
because i dont really feel like downloading step mania and if i were to request someone to upload a song for me wat do i need to put in the Thread?

Plz answer my newbie question.....

I believe there is a upload button.

You don't need SM to upload a song.

If you want someone to upload a file for you then you would post a folder containing the song and .dwi file. Possibly a background too.
