How do you upload songs

ive been playing for 2 weeks now and i like this game but how do you guys get the songs and (if i can) upload some.

The upload button is on the SImfile DB page =D it's in blue lettering. =d
If you have Stepmania you can make your own songs and post them up. =D
Steps:
1. go and open your stepmania directory folder
2. go to programs and click the smpackage application
3. click "create song" then select the song you want
4. open up stepmania and go to edit/sync songs
5. go to "my creations" group and adjust it to your song, then your difficulty you wanna make
6. press enter at create with blank and then again for edit existing and then just follow the steps on the left hand panel afterward and you'll understand how to work it =D

You can't get songs from FFR, but yeah you can either send it to the Simfile DB, or send it to FFR R1, which is not easy to get in.
