need help plz

i need help by uploading pics...everytime i try it either says too big or can not upload an image by this file type. someone tell me how to upload images on here

Make sure your file isn't a bitmap. I suggest using jpg, gif, or png. And as for size, if it's too big, just resize it in MS paint.
