Boost..?

How does one go about unlocking boost? Ive got everything else in the options menu, all purchased songs, secret up to MAXforever, about 7 skill tokens.. but no idea on the Boost. Anything special needed to unlock this?

I managed to unlock Boost. You have to *Cencored* and *Cencored* until you *Cencored*
