you can choose how to play, 2 handed, 1 handed, feet, nose, ear, mouth, spread. It's all up to you.

Play with your feet. FFR is DDR or put the fingers in an oven and watch them burn while you fail.

I play with two hands but in a weird combo which I shan't explain. But I think 2 handed is far better.

try ur left index on the left and ur right index, middle and ring fingers on (in corresponding order) down,up and right i did that than i got in to index kinda.

um, am i giving the only serious answer here?
1 hand: on all 4 arrow keys
2 hand: use 2 hands to do whatever
index: use ur 2 index fingers
split: use index of 1 hand and index and middle of the 2nd
spread: index and middle of left hand on arrows, index and middle or right on 6 and 8 of num pad

i tryed playing trip to the moon with my toes... i failed cuz my toes r fat and i always hit more than 1 key O.o
