2) Spread is using other keys to represent the arrow keys. E.g. a s k l

2) spread is any sort of sauce or jelly you put on things, like butter on bread.

1) Currently not much, soon, much more.
2) Many people -do- rebind keys (for example using a s k l) but you can do spread without rebinding keys using the keypad left/down and the numpad 8/6

this can change from person to person based on skill level, computer/keyboard options and if your emo or not... im not sure if that last part is tru e tho
