Recording?

Hi. I'm not that great at FFR, but I still want to record my videos. I was wondering what the best program thats free that I can use to record WITH sound (obviously). I tried Fraps but it didn't seem to work. So what should I use to record?

Use Camtasia Studio 4, it costs like 300 bucks but you can get it for free easily.
