MP Arrows

I am not a newbie, and I don't play alot of MP. But when i play MP, the targets Y position is different. Is this an error or something.

vertical position(up and down). I make games and it's called Y position or height.

hmm...haven't really payed that much attention...i suppose it could be a bug?

Ive noticed it before. It doesn't screw up my timing or anything so it doesn't really matter.
