Can't AAA Too Tight. Advice?

I've been at this song for awhile now, and I think I've spotted all the subtleties of the arrows, like how some of them are in groups of two instead of all the same spacing, and I can get the jacks and crooked doubles right, but this is the third day I've been trying and I seem to just be getting worse.

The only thing that I can think of is that those light blue circles in the background are messing me up. They appear right behind the dark red arrows, so when the light blue arrows move across them, well... I'm not a tetrachromat, so I can't tell the difference between light blue and light blue.

But what do you think? Should I be trying things differently?

wow, i guess just keep trying...i dont think i AAAd it either, and they're probably whats messing me up also
and btw...the crooked doubles are gallops

how many goods is your best? if it is more than 3, my advice would be to try something else for a while and then come back to it.


edit: so you're stuck on 1. set your autofail to 1, see where you keep missing... and then learn from it. otherwise, take a break from it for a few days and then go back to it. those offbeat songs can be a pain in the ass.

Just practice and practice and you'll get the hang of it. I've AAA 3 songs and I've had to try over and over again.

Now it's just kinda boring to play easy songs so I play mostly Very Difficult and Very Challenging and some Master's Only.

Take a break from it. If you're obviously doing horrible at it then don't try for the AAA. But if you're close every time then play it for a while. As soon as you feel stressed out about it stop and play something else (or go out an chill with your real life buddies), then come back and play it again. Repeat. Works for me.
