What do jacks consist of?
I heard they're made up of like 24ths, 48ths and 92nds or something like that
can anyone help?

Jacks can be any speed, as long as its 1 note directly after another.

The average jack would probably 2 8th's at 120BPM. Anything slower than 2 4th's at 90BPM wouldn't really be a jack.
