Try reading the stickies. If you look carefully, there might even be one with "token" in it's title. Now you just need to figure out where it is, or figure out how to use the search button.

There's a link on the front page, to the left, that says "Skill Tokens" and another one next to it that says just "Tokens" I guess. Those might help, but also reading stickies I suppose. :]

Besides from what the above posters have said, discussing how to get tokens on the FFR site will get you banned.
