    Firefox??

Well I didn't really know where to post this so..... Anyway, it may turn out to be useful to newbies . Here is the question: Does anyone know why I can't play FFR on Mozilla Firefox ?!? Each time I start a song on Firefox, the game crashes at the end of the song.... I don't mind playing on Internet Explorer but it just %&"!@)= because it crashes ALL THE TIME!!!!! Do I need to download anything?

I'm sorry if someone already asked the same question before, but there are so many threads on this forum....It would take me YEARS to read them all!!

Make sure you have the latest flash players and latest edition of firefox installed. That may help as well.

just let the songs play for a while (even though nothing is happening.) Then boo out. They try it again. If you have a ****ty internet connection then It might effect the download speeds.

You could take the advice of everyone here.

Or you could just use Internet Explorer when playing FFR.

Honestly, it's not that tough a choice.

I have no problem with FFR on Firefox. I don't even have to clear my cache.

                  Re: Firefox??

meh, sometimes the song just fails immediately, sometimes nothing happens and i have to boo out, sometimes the steps come up at like .75 speed with no music. just try again it almost always works on the second go. except party4u for some reason...

When it gets too glitchy for me (like immediate song fails) I switch to IE. It makes the FFR screen bigger, though. 8)

I also noticed how you get glitched more offten on SP then MP, don't know if anyone else has this? :/

Yeah, you get a lot more glitches when playing single player, like the songs just don't load properly on Firefox, and I mean, it happens in Multiplayer as well, but just not as often I don't think. :/

Looks like Firefox somehow works today (wtf?!?!?). I hope it will work a little better than IE, because I just hate it when MP crashes in the middle of a game that I usually suck at but that for once I play very well, meaning that I stand a (small) chance to beat the never-missing guy I'm playing (I m' the new record-holder of room crashing !!!).

I know that problem. The game starts before FFR has even loaded the whole song and then it loads the song during the game. That happens to me if I'm playing on Mozilla.
Now I'm playing FFR on Internet Explorer and this works much better

It's more of a problem at really high levels, but never totally concrete.
