Go into your Stepmania folder and drag your songs into the "Songs" folder.

It's really not that hard to figure out.

Just don't be a complete idiot and drag the zipped folder in there, rofl.

And I'm pretty sure there's a thread somewhere on forums that explains this already. Please don't be lazy. :/
