what is the best way to play

k, i started with playing one-handed, when that got too slow i moved to index, now that is seeming too slow and i hear people talking about spread, what exactly does that consist of and how is it better than index?

No style is better than another. It is how you use that style that makes it better. It just happens to be that most of the better people on here play spread.

The best spread setup is probably: z=< x=v .=^ /=>

As for me, I play a very unique two handed 6 finger style. I hardly use my index finger when I play this way. I mainly use my middle, and ring fingers while sometimes slipping in my index. Not sure how good it works though... I'm alright, but I might be better if I used my index finger more.

I'll always play index. No switching to spread or anything for me =)

that's the coolest thing ever. Is that so you can hit the trills?

Also, what i use is the down left, 8 6
