Theres a difference between newb and n00b

newb - someone that is new. everyone is one at one point in time or another. Fact of life. you'll be out of the newb catagory sooner than you think

n00b - Cocky, arrogant people that think the world revolves around them and them alone when it doesn't. usually shunned by anyone and everyone.

Oh, and to clear confusion, "n00b" in the title of this forum section is not the above definition.
