Uhm, no wonder s/he got mad. You posted just the link to the newbie forum without saying your reasons why, and you didn't even bother to comment on their achievement.

EDIT: By the way, don't think you're all high and mighty now and think you can double post, etc. or be welcomed into the forums all friendly. =/ Had the same situation happen to me, but, this is a pretty tight-knit community on forums which is COMPLETELY different than Multiplayer, Profile Chat, and Video Chat.

Go to the top of this page, click User CP and scroll down a bit, on the side bar, there's a link that says Edit Avatar. There are specific restrictions to how big it can be.
