      it's... complicated...

      go to the FFR General thread, and then click on the song making/stepfiles subforum. all the info is in there. plus some legality stuff.

              read the stepmania song creation sticky, make one, and if it's good, go to the FFR general talk forum and find the sticky about putting it into the game.
