I hear people talk about getting AAAs and stuff but... where is that at... what game is it.

There is none. You would assume what the letters are. For example 100% on a song is AAA.

Guys, this isn't TGB.

On DDR and Stepmania, you get letter scores (along with %/points).

If you mean FFR, AAA is highest possible score on that song. BF is one good. SDG is under 10 goods.

I think he meant the F,D,C,B,A,AA,AAA and so on ranking system.
But I could be wrong... as usual...

It's based off DDR/Stepmania's grading scores.

AAA is passing with all perfects, thought since some songs on FFR are impossible to AAA due to a glitch (100 Bar Blackout for example) AAA can also refer to as far as FFR is concerned the best possible score.

There's also AA, A, B, C, D, and F on stepmania and the actual DDR game, but AAA is basically the goal you want to get to on as many songs as possible, though it takes a bit of practice for most songs above 4 feet.
