You find them throughout the site. Unless you're a part of team token, the hinting or giving of token locations is punishable by a forum ban.

Welcome to FFR. If you look around, you can find the token thread, which has the official hints for all the tokens, and a link to a page that says how to get all the skill tokens on the home page. Don't know how to get "tokkens" though.
