I have a question what do the arrow colors represent?

4th notes = blue
8ths are red
12ths are purple
16ths are yellow
24ths are kind of pinkish
32nds are orange
48ths are kind of teal
64ths are green
others are white, but there are currently no white notes in any FFR songs.

Is it musically possible to have a 24th note? and wow that was a quick reply.

Yes. Get a 16th note and add a dot which multiplies the note by 1 1/2.
