I just started playing FFR and ive got a question. Is there any way to hook up my PS2 mat or controller to my computer because I am GOD (well almost) at DDR and I want to play FFR with my mat or controller . So is there any way I could do that?

Re: FFR & DDR
There is a way. Just connect your mat to the computer (I don't know if you need any cables or whatnot) then get an autohotkey program (google it), then when you get the AHK program, program the four arrow keys of FFR to be each of the arrows on your pad. Then play away. -

Re: FFR & DDR
You can find one of those PS2 controller to USB conversions and then get Auto Hot Key and set it up.
Only problem is that FFR gives you a boo for every time you step on an arrow that youre not supposed to. So you'll need a place off mat to stand, maybe the center. I don't know. I don't play DDR.

Yeah, FFR would be a pain on a pad. Stepmania isn't that bad, but if you try to do a hard FFR song and you stand on the pad for a couple seconds too long cause your tired.... song over lolComment

Re: FFR & DDR
Then don't stand on the pad arrows when tired, or how about not playing a song at all while tired. SM would be better due to the amount of files on offer being larger so it would be easier to get into, but that's not to say FFR wouldn't be fun on pad.Comment

Well, I didn't say it wouldn't be fun, just said it would be a pain. lol
There is nothing else of interest. Go Away.Comment

Re: FFR & DDR
Stop posting this at the end of all your posts. Someone will eventually think you are telling them to go away and may get offended. As such you could easily find yourself getting flamed by people telling you that they won't go away.
Also, it's stupid.Comment
