i need a little bit o' helps here. the prob is i have my sig set up with the pic in it and i tell my sig to be in the post but then it don't show up. also how does everyone have cool avatars i can only see cruddy smiley ones.

I have my sig set up and it keeps not showing. I'm using the code and everything. Also I don't see an option to upload my own avatar it only lets me pick from a bunch of crappy smilies.
