Simple;
go to your profile, by clicking: Your Profile on the side bar,
from there click 'Upload Pictures' at the top of your profile page. =]

Mhmm,
well actually it's Upload Photos, ashton.
But you pretty much got to the point;
from there you have to have the picture already in some sort of folder, obviously stated from clicking 'Upload Photos'.
I would assume your new?
