About making files for FFR...

Are jacks at 148 bpms acceptable? I might step Hold Me Out by Sharpnel (yeah, it's 148 bpms).
Also, you're not allowed to use hands/quads, correct?

148 bpm jacks are basically grounds for being rejected unless they fit REALLY REALLY WELL.
as in, stepping them to snare rolls wont even cut it.
Its best to simply always avoid jacks. It may be kinda gay to do this, but often its better to make jacks into trills.
