    One Hands or Two?

So I've played some games, but not too many and I was just wondering, once you get into faster songs, is it easier to use two hands? I only use one, and I don't want to get into a bad habit.

Well, most(not all) pro's play spread(two hands),it makes it easier to hit keys and such. However, its up to you, whichever is most comfortable is the best style usually.I currently play spread and have improved.

As for my opinion... I suggest you learn spread and stick with it. As you improve you'll find that you can complete songs with little challenge. I myself play one handed, but I think spread would be a better choice to learn early.

I play 2 handed, I am good. My brother is 1 handed, he is good. I am 2 handed, my MA is good. My brother is 1 handed, his MA is good. It just takes longer to get good 1 handed, but in the end, they are both good.

I recommend Spread (Left arrow, Down arrow, 8 on num pad, 6 on num pad). That's how I play and I could play Oni songs in a couple months. My brother sucked for atleast 4 months before he got good at heavy songs.

              Play whichever style you wish.

I always play one hand two fingers (index and middle). That works for me, however its more tiering.

I use two hands on the arrow keys. It just seems the most natural for me.
