i think a nipple tuck is when u have all this fat around ur nipples (aka man titties) and u have surgery to tuck them in and stich them to make them look flat and less fattening...but thats just my word on it. im not completely sure. and i used to yell "MY TINY LITTLE NIPPLES WENT TO FRANCE"...dont ask. im just weird like that. >

Nip tuck i think is refering to a certain surgical procedure, and i don't think it has anything to do with nipples. By the way, the whole labia peircing thing is kind of werid...try cliterus (however you spell these obscure words) periceing. A much more common practice, but im not sure if the rumors about it are true, because quite frankly, i cannot get mine peirced....for a good reason.
