New to the Forums, not to the Game

I've been playing FFR for almost 2 years now, but I recently started this new account (it's the screenname that I use in other games/forums) and decided to check out the forums here. My question is this:

What is there to do here? I'm so used to playing FFR that it feels weird to come here and just... chat. Of course, once I get into it I'll probably spend more time here than the actual game itself

Also, although I don't have the means as of yet, I am planning to acquire Sibelius at some point this year and am wondering if I am able to contribute my music.

Like video games, but are tired of talking with the same noobs online? Check out . If you're not 100% satisfied, then... um... just leave.

Welcome to the forums, read the stickies, follow the rules, and have fun. There is anything you read in the descriptions of any of the forums to do here.

All right, looking around profile options here...

What is the difference between "Profile Picture" and "Avatar"?

Sorry if I'm being annoying, I hope to be a productive member soon.

I believe they are the same thing.

Re: New to the Forums, not to the Game

Well, profile picture is what is on your FFRspace, while your avatar is what is under your name in the forums.

Since you can't have a picture for an avatar and a different picture for your profile pic, though, they are effectively the same thing.

I, like many people, first came to the forums to ask a totally noobish question about the game, then posted in a couple of CC threads that interested me, then found CT and fell in love with the community here.

There's plenty to do once you start to understand the place better.
