I am Gargole, Lead master of the DDR. Well, Not exactly.

I have been playing Stepmania and FFR for some time now but I have a question. I know I am a newbie - How the hell can you upload a dwi file onto the site. Is there anyway to do that in a step by step process? Thanks for all who help.
