Since when? As per every post on this topic ever made in the past, the only exception is 4F73R M3, which used to be available from Arch's site (and actually has a few slight changes from the FFR one). Just because Caprice and a few others are widely distributed doesn't mean that they're free to open distribution. I believe Caprice or one of the other ones was released to the public, then later it got put in FFR and became one of the infamous unreleased files. Maybe this was Flight of the Bumblebee, as it's also fairly widely distributed.
ps why hasn't anyone made some program that can just reverse engineer them rofl
